- Returns period: You have the right to return all products within 30 days of receipt.

- Return request: To initiate a return, send an email to info@starstof.store with:
Your contact information.
The order number.
The product you want to return.
Reason of return.

- Return costs: The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.

- Refund: After receipt and processing of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 5 days.

- Damaged products : If the product is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damage and include them with your return request.

- Condition of the product: The returned product must be in the same condition as when received.

- Track & Trace required: Missing returns require a Track & Trace code as proof of shipment. Without this code we cannot start an investigation.
